How much does it cost to list my business on Patient CAFE?

During the introductory period, basic listing on Patient CAFE and all the features mentioned above are ABSOLUTELY FREE !!!

At the end of the year you have the option to renew your listing. For renewal (after one year) you might be charged whatever is the ongoing fee at the time.

During your listing period, you may edit your listing for FREE. However, each time you edit your listing, it will have to be approved by our administrators before it is published again.

Does my listing expire at any time?

Yes. Each listing expires after 1 year (365 days) at which time you have the option to renew your listing.

How do I list my business on Patient CAFE?

Its Easy!!!

  1. Log in to the Patient CAFE web site. If you do not have a username/password, please register. Registration is FREE.
  2. Click here to access the "Add Listing" form. You may also access it from the "Continue to Add Listing form" button at the top of this page.
  3. Enter all the required and any optional information
  4. Select up to three "Categories" under which you would like to have your business listed (you can also chose to list under only one or two categories)
  5. Accept our "Terms and Conditions"
  6. Click Submit

If I would like to use the paid features of Patient CAFE Directory listing, how should I proceed?

The paid features of the Directory listing allows you to provide more information about your business on the Patient CAFE Directory. More information you provide to the users, the more comfortable they will feel about the services offered by you.

These features are shown on the "Add Listing Form" with a small check box beside them. You will have to click this checkbox to activate the feature. After you submit the listing you will be directed to PayPal website. There you can pay using the your Credit Card or your PayPal account. The payment for the "paid field" is good for the term of your listing.

What happens after I submit my listing?

Once you submit the listing and completed the payment for any paid features, our administrators will review your listing and may contact you to confirm the information provided. Once the listing is reviewed, we will immediately post the listing on Patient CAFE website and send you an email notifying you about the posting.

What if I wish to delete or edit the contents of my listing?

Once we review and post your listing on Patient CAFE web site, you are free to log in any time and delete or change the contents of the listing. For example, if there is a change of address or phone number or you simply wish to change the details of your listing, you may do that any time.

Important: Please keep in mind that each time you submit the listing, it will have to be reviewed by our Administrators before it is posted back on the website. During the review period the listing will not be visible to the general public.

How do I edit or delete my listing?

  1. Log in to the Patient CAFE website
  2. Access your listing. You may do this one of three ways:
    1. From "My Profile"
      • Click on "My Profile" link at the top right corner of the page (above login).
      • Click on the "Directory Listings" tab
      • Select the listing you wish to change
    2. Directly from the "Directory"
      • Go to the category where you have listed and select your listing
    3. By searching for your listing using the search box at the top of the page (below login)
  3. Click on the "Edit" "Delete" button at the top of your listing.
  4. If you selected to "Edit", you will be taken to the "Edit" form. Make the change and Submit
  5. If you select to "Delete" your listing, you will be asked to confirm the choice.

Important: Please keep in mind that each time you submit the listing, it will have to be reviewed by our Administrators before it is posted back on the website. During the review period the listing will not be visible to the general public.

What if the Category I wish to list my business under is not listed in Patient CAFE Directory?

Although we have made all efforts to include as many Categories as possible, it is quite possible that you have a business that does not fit in to any of the available Category options.

If this happens, go ahead and select the Category that most closely describes your business. Then describe your business and suggest the Category you would like to see added to Patient CAFE Directory. You may do this by explaining it in the "Note to Web Administrator" field of the form (in the "Submit" tab of the form). We will consider it and if appropriate add a new Category that will be appropriate for your business.
